You might have heard the story about the 5 missionaries that were killed in South America about forty years ago. They were trying to contact a tribe in order to take the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to them.

Of course the result in this case was that the five men were killed along side a river. This brought forth many thousands of new missionaries as a result of the deaths.

Recently a group of missionaries went back to this tribe again to tell them about Jesus. This time they were received with friendship and many in the tribe became Christians.

One of the Missionaries asked one of men that was in the original killing party what he was going to say to the men he killed when he got to Heaven. The man replied that he would run up and hug the man and thank him for trying to bring them Jesus. He said that the men he killed would hug him back and welcome him to heaven too.

During the missionaries stay there, a woman approached them to tell her story about the day the other missionaries were killed.

She was standing on a high hill overlooking the river where the missionaries were killed. She saw her tribe's warriors come down and kill the men. She said that she also looked up in the heavens and she saw a multitude of men wearing white garments looking down on the scene of the missionaries as they were dying.

Isn't it wonderful that the Lord sent his Angels to comfort his people while they gave up their lives for Him and welcome them to Heaven. We will see the same thing that the woman saw soon.
