"Grandma Tino" as she was called by all of us that loved her was a superior woman. She was smart in way that didn't show off, but served to guide her and the ones she loved through life. She and Grandpa Tino raised a large family while Grandpa worked on the Canadian Pacific Railroad CPR. After Grandpa Tino retired from the Railroad, Grandma opened a restraunt. When we came to visit, all of us kids got all the ice cream and goodies we could eat. You have to remember that back in those days, it was an great treat just to get a coke or other soft drink. You can imagine what a treat it was to be able to go to Grandma and ask for something like ice cream and just get it!!!
Grandma Tino should have written a book. The things she saw and did were amazing.
We miss you Grandma. Until we meet again, Go with God.
